We recently had a wonderful 4D/3N trip to Kashmir with Panda Tours & Travels, covering Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Pahalgam, and overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. The hotels were good, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. The food could have been a little better, but the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cabs were clean, well-maintained, and had drinking water available throughout the journey, which was a thoughtful touch. The highlight of our experience, however, was Ahmed. He was incredibly helpful and available throughout our trip. Whether it was a small request or an unexpected situation, Ahmed was always just a call away and genuinely went out of his way to help us. We even faced a difficult situation involving a conflict with some locals, and Ahmed stepped in and helped us navigate it calmly and safely. What stood out most was that he treated our satisfaction as his personal priority. He constantly checked on us, coordinated things whenever required, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey.
